Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Social Nomads, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once your order is confirmed and the product has been delivered.

Once a file is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned as it is accessible instantly and cannot be “unseen” or “taken back.”

 

2. Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully review the product description, previews, and details provided on the website before completing the purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are certain of the product you are buying and that it meets your requirements.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered under limited situations, such as:

Technical Issues: If you experience issues accessing or downloading the file that cannot be resolved by our support team.

If you experience any issues with your digital product (e.g., downloading, file errors, or access problems), please reach out to our support team, and we will assist you promptly.

Support does not cover customization of templates or tailored consultancy outside of the product purchased.
